Terms and Conditions for Appointments and Payments
Late Appointments
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If a client arrives late, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the time of other clients. The full fee will apply regardless of the reduced session time.Late Payments Before Your Appointment
Full payment for services is required at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If payment is not received by this timeframe, the appointment may be subject to cancellation. Clients will be notified via email or phone of any cancellations due to late payment.Cancellations
Clients may cancel their appointment at any time; however, the following cancellation policies apply:Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur no charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are required to be paid before rescheduling a new appointment. This policy helps to ensure that time is managed effectively and other clients have the opportunity to book sessions.
