Hey Collective/Soultribe! We are in the season of communication, adaptability and learning when it comes to Gemini Season. Now, how can we utilize health and wealth when it comes to Gemini Season? There are so many ways than just thinking about your next steps. When it comes to Gemini season, we learn to change our habits by being more adaptable, communicating our needs more and using our intelligence when it comes to a healthier body and mindset. Just like my other post for Taurus, you will notice that this post isn’t long, but just so that you can get enough information for you to understand certain things that you may have noticed when it comes to your body, or maybe you just want to learn more about your placement and how to work with it better. Either way, you are taking the necessary steps to wellness, and that’s all that matters. Everyone’s journey is different, and this season, even if you don’t have Gemini placements, you could still be feeling the changes that are happening around, or that could arise if we are not too careful. It’s good to pay attention to your body, and listening to your body’s needs is so important. So let’s dive in and see what you may need to know this Gemini Season when it comes to health and wellness!
Air Nutrition:
Decreasing Air ➡ Dairy, frequent meals, iron rich animal protein (beef, chicken, turkey, sardines), mineral water, non animal blood building foods (beets, dark leafy greens), deep red vegetables, molasses, pumpkin seeds, nuts and seeds, oils/dressings and sauces, root vegetables, sea salt, well-cooked/warming food, whole grains (brown rice and quinoa).
