Connecting To Your Body With Astrology: Health Is Wealth Series Vol.1 - Aries ♈ Season
Hey Collective/Soultribe, have you ever wondered how and why certain things bother you or affect your day-to-day life sometimes? You’re not alone! This is a series I started on my TikTok channel a while back in 2025, but never got the chance to showcase it so that everyone can have access to it. Let’s be real, everyone can have social media but not everyone wants to be on it, this is why I love blog posts to help navigate our journey. Many people don’t realize how astrology can connect to our bodies in the most positive ways. Our zodiac sign, the placements, etc. can help pinpoint areas that we miss or what needs to be taken care of. Because this is the first volume, you will see a lot in this post when it comes to the qualities (hot, cold, dry, moist/wet/damp), the elements, and the modes. In this series for volume 1 we will be looking at Aries and how Aries is affected regarding health, mind, body and spirit and ways to keep the body moving. This is a new spring equinox, and why not start from the beginning? Let’s dive into Aries, even if you are not an Aries you may have Aries placements, and it can still resonate with you. Let’s go!
Qualities, Elements & Modes:
Qualities:
Hot ➡heat speeds up, energies, but we know that too much heat is agitating, inflammatory and damaging which will create dryness.
Cold ➡ slows down but too much cold can depress and fatigue the body, if there is excess cold it will create moisture.
Dry ➡ separates things and brings definition, clarity, and solidarity to one’s body. If there is too much dryness, this can stiffen the body and rob it of nutrients, making it withered and deficient.
Moist/Wet/Damp ➡ Moisture mixes and makes the body pliable, soft, and relaxed. If there is too much moisture, it will burden the body and cause erosion within its boundaries, making it vulnerable.
Elements:
Hot + Wet = Air ➡ Gemini, Libra and Aquarius.
Hot + Dry = Fire ➡ Aries, Leo, Sagittarius.
Cold + Dry = Earth ➡ Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn.

3 Planets:
Sun = spirit = energy, consciousness, sense of self ➡the sun speaks to your psychological and spiritual journey with food and movement.
Moon = rhythm = circadian, hormonal, emotional ➡ the moon speaks to your daily nourishment needs for your unique energy flow.

You’ve made it to the end of the blog! I hope this was helpful and informative, please keep in mind the information provided is from a book I bought on Amazon last year and I decided to make notes. This book tells you everything you need to know based on your placements. Learning about the body and ways you can nourish your mind, body and soul are important. Because we are in Aries season, why not discuss the many ways Arian’s and Aries placements can utilize these things in their daily routine or trying something new. Even if you don’t have Aries in your chart, the season alone might spark your inspirations to get healthy.
Next season will be Taurus season, and we will be talking about what you can do to help the body and ways to stay active and grounded, stay tune for that on my next post. Thank you all for those who enjoyed this and look forward to more posts just like this. I appreciate you all and can’t wait to see you all transform into the new you! Love and light - Mysteriously Unique💙🤎✨🌟
